MT&DC training program in PROJECT MANAGEMENT has been created in cooperation with ESI International – a worldwide leader on Project Management trainings and George Washington University (GW) School of Business and Public Management – high reputation academic center, which is also one of the strongest education centers in Project Management in the USA. The participants of MT&DC trainings have an opportunity to complete three levels of George Washington University certification and gain consecutively the following certificates: Associate’s Certificate in Project Management, Master’s Certificate in Project Management, Advanced Master’s Certificate in Project Management.
Each course in the certification path may also be completed as a discrete unit.

The POJECT MANAGEMENT competence development and certification program offered by MT&DC is a complex training path, which leads training participants through all stages of Project Management, from beginning to close, with referral to the areas of knowledge defined by the Project Management Institute (PMI®). Demonstrated techniques have indication on each stage of project life cycle, in the framework of fixed organizational and financial conditions and with optimal use of project team.
Trainings from the area of Project Management have an extremely practical character. The attendees learn how to use the advanced tools to provide support to Project Management, refine their leadership skills by role-playing the project manager, acquiring the best techniques of recovery of troubled projects and gather knowledge necessary to be awarded the Project Management Professional (PMP®) title.
Most of trainings in Project Management end with a test. As you pass the test you will earn your George Washington University certificate which confirms the successful completion of this specific training.

LEVEL I - Associate's Certificate in Project Management
To earn an Associate’s Certificate in Project Management you must successfully complete three trainings in two years (MP or MITP + two elective trainings). It is also possible to include one business analysis training module in the certification path. Program of level I shows full range of project management processes, defined by PMI®, gives participants an introduction into characteristic, standardized Project Management terminology and facilitates the tools which help to drive a project through all its stages. This level is appropriate for all individuals who need the basis of practical knowledge about effective Project Management.

LEVEL II - Master's Certificate in Project Management
To earn a Master's Certificate in Project Management you must successfully complete seven elective trainings in four years. Based on our experience we advise you to complete four courses from level I and three courses from level II. Individuals that need business analysis competences in their work may include courses from this area in their certification paths (up to four courses). The “Master” certificate path is destined to project managers and managers representing various departments and industries, who wish to develop their skills in Project Management and to broaden their knowledge by key areas of Project Management. |
LEVEL III - Advanced Master's Certificate in Project Management
To earn an Advanced Master’s Certificate in Project Management you need to have Master's Certificate in Project Management or the title of Project Management Professional and successfully complete five courses from level III in 4 years. This level is a highly professional one, destined to the professionals who already possess some years of experience in Project Management and who wish to broaden their knowledge and master their skills in strategic Project Management. |

Reminder! You can use your completed trainings to obtain one certificate solely. You must also follow all requirements indicated in the description of a specific training.
