10th March 2004 was the day of our 8th Forum for key issues connected with project management. As usual it took place in Falenty near Warsaw.

Fourth PM Forum took place at MT&DCs training center in Falenty on 11 December. The subject of the meeting was Building Project Management Culture in Organization. A lecture was delivered by Urban Aderklint experienced project manager and holder of Project Management Professional title. Mr. Aderklint has managed complex projects in his extensive professional career (over 17 years of experience in project management), e.g. for nuclear power plant in Sweden.

- this was the subject of the already third Project Management Forum, which took place on 25 September at MT&DCs training center in Falenty. A lecture was delivered by George Sifri an experienced project manager and a holder of Project Management Professional (PMP) title, who guided the experienced project managers in the application of successful techniques for assessing the status of a project, determining if a recovery is possible, and turning the project around.

Advanced Project Risk Management Techniques was a subject of the 9th PM Forum, which took place on 22 June 2002 at MT&DCs training center in Falenty.

Politics in Project Management was a theme of the second PM Forum, which took place on 17 April 2002 at MT&DCs training center in Falenty. The meeting gathered more than 40 executives representing some important corporate players on the Polish market in different industries (such as telecommunications, IT, finance, or power industry).

On 27 February 2002 MT&DCs training center in Falenty witnessed the first Project Management Forum. The keynote speaker for the event, George Sifri, delivered a presentation on "Web-based Project Management", referring to the software for managing distributed project teams developed by Consolidated Contractors International.
