An indisputable advantage of George Washington University certification program is considerable freedom in the selection of courses to match individual needs of companies and their employees. Complete integration of business analysis and project management training paths allows the participants to develop their competence by including courses from both areas in their training programs. The program structure is predicated on the fact that the two domains are merging to a large extent, while the synergy and mutual understanding between business analysts and project managers is instrumental in achieving project success. Moreover, it facilitates competence development and certification for individuals combining business analysis and project coordination on the job.
If you decide to attend PM and BA courses remember! You can use your completed trainings to obtain one certificate solely. You must also follow all requirements indicated in the description of a specific training.
The chart of competence development and certification in project management presented here is based on some premises related to the planning of a training path. You have possibility of shaping the training path of the first two levels on your own. The only requirement for level I is to have previously completed the MP or MITP training. But on level III it is compulsory to have successfully completed all five trainings listed in our scheme, at preferred sequence. All additional limitations which concern the sequence of selecting trainings are listed in descriptions of specific trainings.;br />
IMPORTANT! Each training course in the certification path may also be completed as a discrete unit. Most of trainings in Project Management end with a test. As you pass the test you will earn your George Washington University certificate which confirms the successful completion of this specific training.
