Our instructors have been carefully chosen as a result of undergoing one of the most rigorous selection processes in the educational industry. All have distinguished themselves as faculty members of the George Washington University, project management specialists and practitioners with many years of experience in running projects for different industries. Most of them are members of Project Management Institute (PMI®) and holders of Project Management Professional (PMI®) credential or other certificates validating their top qualifications in the field of project management.

An extensive base of available lecturers enables us to match class instructors (in terms of their experience in project management) with industries represented by our clients. Not only do the instructors communicate their profound project management knowledge in a dynamic and engaging way, but they are also effective.

Frank Biga, PMP

An instructor with ESI International and MT&DC, specializes in the delivery of project management, management and financial seminars. He has delivered cost management and contract seminars to a wide variety of organizations, including U.S. Steel, AT&T, Lucent Technologies, and the Devry Institute. He has also taught graduate-level courses at the Keller Graduate School of Management.
Currently Mr. Biga held numerous management positions at large corporations, including Citibank and Foxmeyer.

Darryl Booker, PMP

A master instructor and senior consultant with ESI International and MT&DC, has worked in the information technology (IT) field since 1983. He is the president and CEO of the consulting firm Booker Incorporated which provides business intelligence capture techniques and methods, competency center management (COE, XMO, KF, and HFI) strategy planning, business analysis, e-learning, e-training, and both project and knowledge management consulting services.
Mr. Booker has first-hand knowledge and experience with direct customer contact/interface and conducts Requirements Workshops for the purpose of gathering business solutions. He has incorporated several IT product and service best-practice taxonomies and techniques for requirements solicitation, gathering, and documenting. He gained his knowledge and experience from years of working at IBM in various capacities, including performance consulting, requirements gathering and analysis, skills analysis and assessment, application design and development, sales and marketing, and process and project management.

John Buxton, PMP

the past 20 years, he has provided problem-specific consultation for major programs in the United instructor at ESI International and MT&DC, is an expert in modern program management techniques. During States and overseas and provided instruction in program management to domestic and international companies of all sizes in many industries. Mr. Buxton is a trained engineer who understands the technical aspects of program management. Among his areas of special expertise are automated scheduling systems and corporate financial reporting procedures.
Before joining ESI International, Mr. Buxton was a member of the International Staff, Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force.
In addition, he served as chief of the Program Evaluation Division, directing the evaluation of contractor performance on all U.S., NATO, and Saudi Arabian research and development and production contracts for the Airborne Warning and Control System aircraft. He is a certified Project Management Professional and a registered professional engineer.

Hugh Cameron, PMP

An instructor with ESI International and MT&DC, is a high-technology executive and entrepreneur. He is on the adjunct faculty of Indiana Wesleyan University where he develops and teaches courses in management, leadership, and organizational communication in the M.B.A. and B.S./B.A. programs. He is also a consultant who assists client hospitals in meeting Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organization standards through such activities as process mapping, cycle-time analysis, employment loading, inventory control and executive leadership.
He is the founder of CamTech Inc. He is also a director of IBEX Technical Corp.

Bruce Hart, PMP

An istructor with ESI International and MT&DC, has an international
reputation for combining creativity with vision in rethinking fundamental
corporate and government processes in changing socioeconomic conditions.
As managing principal with Process Economics and a specialist in business
process innovations and strategic change, Mr. Hart draws on 25 years’
experience to advise senior management on strategies that boost enterprise
value, customer satisfaction, operating results, and organizational
effectiveness.
Throughout his career, Mr. Hart has held senior management positions with
several major firms in the United States and the United Kingdom, including
LogicWorks, where he served as vice president and conducted business
process assessments for clients, and CASEwise Systems, Oracle Corporation, he was responsible for the Indiana geography.

William Holmes, PMP

An instructor with ESI International and MT&DC, has more than 28
years’ experience helping people to work with and understand technology.
During his career, he has successfully developed and/or delivered
numerous technical, professional, and managerial courses and has facilitated
detailed-requirements analysis and Joint Application Design® (JAD®)
sessions. He also has managed people and projects in both training and
systems environments in the banking, trust, and life insurance industries.
Currently, Mr. Holmes runs his own business, specializing in training within
the IT environment. He has been delivering courses on various aspects of
business analysis for the past three years.

Wahid Mansour, PMP

An instructor with ESI International and MT&DC. He has given numerous lectures and training courses on project management, risk management, scheduling and cost control and managing IT projects. He has 25- year career in management (especially in the constructional industry) and consulting. He managed e.g. a few multimillion dollar highway construction projects in the Egyptian Delta and was involved with several multinational construction companies (including Turner International INC,. Wallance OConnor INC., J.A. Jones z USA) on preparing and presenting construction claims to the US Army Corps of Engineers in Egypt and other countries in the Middle East. He is also an adjunct professor at the University of Cincinnati, where he teaches graduate and undergraduate construction courses in Advanced Construction Estimating, Advanced Construction Scheduling, and Advanced Construction Management. In addition to managing construction operations, he has designed and implemented computer-based tools for project management, risk management, planning, bidding, estimating, and claims resolution. The success of these tools which have enabled companies to triple their revenue in a short time has led Dr. Mansour to serve as a consultant to major multinational firms.

Michael McKenna, PMP

An instructor with ESI International and MT&DC. He hasextensive financial experience with a board base in dealing with business issues affecting companies in both the commercial and government sectors. He has developed and implemented direct and indirect cost structures for commercial and military contarctors He was a senior financial executive at three different firms, including the aerospace segment of a multi-billion dollar, Fortune 200 company. His extensive expertise in the financial area included managerial and executive assignments in the financial planning, accounting, treasury, contract administration, acquisitions, program control, tax, procurement, and proposal preparation functions at commercial firms with significant levels of contracts with federal and state agencies. He has had extensive experience in teaching courses to executives, line management, and staffs in dealing with the application of project management principles as well as the implementation of best contracting practices in both commercial and government environments.

Gary Monti, PMP

An instructor with ESI International and MT&DC, has been active in project management and change management since 1979. He has gained broad experience in such industries as banking, pharmaceuticals, oil processing, robotics, construction, real estate development, wholesale distribution, and retail-chain management. The types of projects he has managed include new product development, process selection, process reengineering, information systems, research and development, prototyping, and making business environments more project oriented.
In addition to his process- and engineering-related work, he has been extensively involved in business planning and development in such areas as divestitures, change in ownership, and corporate reorganizations. With this work typically hierarchical in nature, his role has focused on following through on developing and implementing detailed project plans. Mr. Monti has been a presenter at the International Symposium and chapter meetings.

Manny Rodriguez, PMP

An instructor with ESI International and MT&DC, has an extensive background in management, training, and coaching, with practical experience in project management, consulting, operations, and supply chain management.
His experience spans more than 30 years in the telecommunications industry, which includes being responsible for the planning and implementation of multidiscipline capital intensive and reorganization projects. As lead negotiator, he was responsible for the formulation, negotiation, and administration of contracts with extraordinary requirements, capital budget purchases, system enhancements, and new product development. In addition, his responsibilities have included supplier qualification, sourcing, and the evaluation, selection, and implementation of services and technical products based on a product life cycle utilizing proven project management techniques.
His experience has enabled him to serve as a subject matter expert for corporate MBE programs. He has received various awards for his cost-cutting recommendations and ideas relating to improving intercompany communications and operations.

Paula Shafer, PMP

An instructor for ESI International and MT&DC, has extensive experience
in requirements analysis, software development, and project management.
She has managed system deployment and software development projects, led
software improvement and software quality assurance efforts, and managed
the project office for an information technology organization. She led
software engineering training, business process training, and project
management training. for the Asia-Pacific group of Digital Equipment
Corporation. She now teaches for both private and
government clients around the world.
She has performed assessments and led projects to
improve software engineering processes according to standards developed by
the Software Engineering Institute. She has also developed and taught
courses on how to use these standards as a way to continually make
processes more effective.

George Sifri, PMP

A Senior instructor with ESI International and has more than 15 years of experience in managing information technology projects. He has given numerous lectures and training courses on strategic information systems, managing software development, relational databases, electronic document management systems, information systems auditing, workflow systems, project control systems and knowledge management to practicing professionals around the world.

Mr. Sifri worked with companies such as Motorola, Compaq, HP, Dow Jones, and Novartis. He is currently the Head of Software Development at Consolidated Contractors International, one of the top 30 firms in the worldwide construction industry.

Michael L. Tworek PMP

An instructor with ESI International and MT&DC, is an engineer, consultant, and a retired U.S. Air Force officer. His areas of expertise include program and project management, information technology, and software development. As an instructor, emphasizes the practical aspects of running successful projects, including the soft side of team dynamics and leadership essentials for project success.
He has more than 30 years of experience in business development, project and product management, software development, and the implementation of high-technology systems.
Prior to his work at M&M Associates, Mr. Tworek was vice president of customer solutions and services at the SoftAd Group, where he managed product development and customer services. At Bechtel Corporation, he successfully managed the development and implementation of a corporate-wide marketing and business development information system and won new business as a business development manager. Mr. Tworek's distinguished service in the U.S. Air Force includes positions as a member of the Space Shuttle Launch team with NASA, assistant professor of electrical engineering at the U.S.A.F. Academy, and program manager for microcomputer systems at the U.S.A.F. School of Aerospace Medicine.


Paul S. Urso, PMP

An instructor with ESI International and MT&DC, has more than 30 years of corporate experience in the IT and telecommunications industries. He has
made significant contributions as a management leader in project
management, marketing, methodology development, training development
and delivery, and systems engineering.
Before joining ESI, Mr. Urso was the director of project management for
NCR Corporation’s IT/technology services division, where he developed a
professional project management practice that delivered services throughout
the Americas. He was also a member of an elite core team of executives that
developed and implemented the policies and governance for the corporate
worldwide program management community. These experiences led to
mentoring and speaking engagements in which he guided organizations in
the development and marketing of project management disciplines.
