International Institute of Business Analysis - in Poland!

On September 21, 2007 there was a kick-off meeting in Warsaw to establish the Polish presence of an international association for business analysis professionals – the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA®).
On September 21, 2007 there was a kick-off meeting in Warsaw to establish the Polish presence of an international association for business analysis professionals – the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA®). Guide to the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK) and the certification program allowing individuals to acquire the title of a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP®).

 

The meeting was organized by MT&DC and hosted by Glenn Brule, IIBA®; Director At Large responsible for starting local chapters of the association. The presentation covered the history of IIBA®;, its mission and principal objectives, as well as the current distribution of active regional chapters. Glenn Brule also talked about the status of development effort for an update of the
The working part of the meeting resulted in 20 participants forming an „initiative group” that will  create the Polish Chapter of the IIBA®.
