How to Rapidly Assess and Recover Struggling Projects- this was the subject of the already third Project Management Forum, which took place on 25 September at MT&DCs training center in Falenty. A lecture was delivered by George Sifri an experienced project manager and a holder of Project Management Professional (PMP®) title, who guided the experienced project managers in the application of successful techniques for assessing the status of a project, determining if a recovery is possible, and turning the project around.

George Sifris presentation was based on Rapid Assessment and Recovery of Struggling Projects; one of the courses from the curriculum for experienced project managers prepared jointly by ESI International and George Washington University. The meeting was dedicated to all Polish members of Project Management Institute (PMI®) - the most renowned American organization specializing in project management, to holders of Project Management Professional (PMP®) title and to all persons interested in membership in PMI® and PMP® certification.
